We are currently representing a talented Architectural practice based in London that is actively looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to develop a career within a growing team. The successful Architectural Assistant will predominately be on a range of high-end residential developments. It is essential for the Architectural Assistant to have professional experience working on high-end Residential developments and a keen interested in developing a career further within this sector. Key responsibilities include producing tender and construction packages, coordinating work, managing the tender process, complete site inspections as well as liaise with clients and contractors. Our client uses ArchiCAD on a daily basis so knowledge of this is highly advantageous however training is provided.
