In a Nutshell…
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Estimator to join our team within Vistry Partnerships London, at our Stratford office. As our Assistant Estimator you will assist in the securing of contracting opportunities. You will work alongside our Estimators to assist in producing detailed tenders for complex residential led contracting schemes as well as assisting with budget appraisals for land led contracting and development sites.
We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

Experienced in pricing work from first principles as well as utilising supply chain information
A proven track record in a similar position within a mixed use, residential contracting orbuilding business.
Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders
Ability to utilise current and new networks to develop the business
Strong commitment to achieving deadlines
Able to work efficiently, on own initiative, prioritising as necessary

Assist in the securing of contracting opportunities within our market sector and geographic operational area to generate contracting work with contract values ranging from £30m to £250m.
Assist and provide support to the Estimating and Pre-construction department for the completion of single stage and two stage tender bids.
Assist in initial appraisal of a tender opportunity to assess risk, opportunities and establish viability. provide an overview of the project documents to the board for approval to submit a tender.
