Site Manager

Site Manager – Cambridge, Cambridgeshire £40,000 - £45,000 + Package OR-269 I’m recruiting for two Site Managers on behalf of a long standing main contractor based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. The company work on high profile commercial, hi-tech buildings, schools, churches, cathedrals, universities, etc. Our client is looking for two additional Site Managers to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client has on-going projects in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties, each project ranging from £1million to £5million. Main Responsibilities/Duties May Include: * ‪Maintenance of company driven Health & Safety procedures / initiatives * ‪Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments * Toolbox talks * Adherence to the Company quality standards including: * Coordination / Leadership of the site team * Preparation of site progress photos & reports * To be responsible for the accurate / timely completion of site-based documentation & site diary * ‪Carry our work inspections and checks * ‪Any other reasonable management request About you: · ‪Previous experience working on commercial projects · SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid · ‪Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation · Excellent communicator who enjoys liaising with people at all levels of an organisation from site worker to client side If you're interested in this position, please apply, or contact Morgan at Orwell Consulting
