Interim HR Generalist/Advisor | Homebased | £45K- £50K | 6 Months Fixed Term We are currently looking for a HR Generalist (Advisory) to join our client for 6 months. You will need to be a true HR generalist, from a commercial, fast paced, multi-site environment. You will demonstrate the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial solutions to business problems. About the role Devising and support on a HR Project plans and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders Working with the HR Business Partners and project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy Interpreting and representing key HR policies, such as redundancy and reorganisation, and communicating with the HR team and managers in the business Clearly and concisely presenting and communicating key people data to HR colleagues and other stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate About you Experience gained within a commercial environment. Strong generalist HR background and regularly experience of complex HR issues including redundancies, dismissals, change management. Update to date employment law knowledge. Experience of working with trade unions and employee representatives. Experience of TUPE transfers and acquisitions
