Role – Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)
You’ll be working for a multi-national award-winning main contractor who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to ensure construction of a 238-acre employment park is completed to timescale. You will have the responsibility of overseeing the whole job to make sure that the client needs are being met.
Type: Freelance
Rate: £425
Job Responsibilities:
Managing client relationships.
Carrying out risk assessment.
Quality assurance.
Be a role model to all staff, delivering a positive leading image.
Act in accordance with company policies and instructions throughout the project.
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Designing and signing off on contracts
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for your director
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessaryJob requirements:
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent MS office skills
Excellent communication- both written and verbal
Must have excellent organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong leadership skills
