Architectural Assistant

A medium sized practice, specialising in the prime residential and luxury architectural sector has a vacancy for an Architectural Assistant (Part II). Reporting to a Project Architect and Partners, you will assist with the design and delivery of very high-quality projects. You will take ownership of discrete elements and occasionally full ownership of smaller projects. The ideal candidate will have worked on luxury projects, ideally in the residential or retail sectors. Experience working across all stages is required including NBS specification writing. A strong understanding of the UK building and CDM regulations is highly advantageous. The practice uses ArchiCad and a working knowledge of this package is required.
