A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor with private practise experience to join a growing and ambitious multidisciplinary consultancy in Leeds. The company are expanding their cost management team in Leeds and are seeking someone that has ambition to develop into a Regional Director role in the near future. The suitable Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant be MRICS qualified and have 5+ post qualification experience. It is essential that the successful candidate has proven QS/Cost consultancy experience within in a private practise and leading projects from start to finish. Associate Director Quantity Surveyor Position Overview Manage new build and refurbishment projects in the residential and commercial sectors. Managing the project at pre and post contract stage Client contact Acting as Employers Agent Join a growing company with the vision to develop into a Director/Regional Director role within the next 6-12 months.
