Our client is a leading Building Consultancy that work primarily in the education sector working with academy trusts and multi academy trusts. They are specialists in MAT and academy surveying, funding, and estates planning consultancy. They are looking to bring in a Building Surveyor due to an increase in workload. You will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on providing a professional service with a high attention to detail. Your core responsibilities will be the management of Capital, planned maintenance and refurbishments of schools encompassing a multitude of construction types. You will be required to see projects through from Client Brief, Design, Specification, Tender, Tender analysis, Contract appointment, Contract administration, Walk-off and Snag. Highly competitive salary to be negotiated based on experience. Our last hire for this client presented a significant increase in renumeration.
