Trainee/ Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Company: Our client a leading UK developer, with over 60 years on the market is looking for a Trainee/ Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a high achieving and dynamic team. The company is renowned for their high end traditional build/ timber frame and community focused work over decades. The Role: The position will take responsibility of the commercial management and cost effectiveness working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be based out of Epson but overseeing one large traditional build development in Surrey which is currently in build. Requirements: Experience with as a trainee/ junior or Assistant QS with a housebuilder Strong understanding of traditional build market conditions and ratesSalary: Up to £35,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
