Landscapers and Machine Operators

Job One- Landscapers Our client is a major player in the Landscaping, Gardening, Grounds Maintenance. Commercial and Horticulture sector We are looking for Landscapers for Soft Landscaping duties to include, Soiling (hand work - wheel barrow, shovel, rake) Planting (Whips, shrubs, Trees Bulbs etc), Turfing, Construction of raised planters (Metal and GRP), watering (when required) and Hard Landscaping duties to include - paving, (Slabs, Blocks, ) Installation of timber edge paths, sub base, Job One- Landscapers Our client is a major player in the Landscaping, Gardening, Grounds Maintenance. Commercial and Horticulture sector We are looking for Landscapers for Soft Landscaping duties to include, Soiling (hand work - wheel barrow, shovel, rake) Planting (Whips, shrubs, Trees Bulbs etc), Turfing, Construction of raised planters (Metal and GRP), watering (when required) and Hard Landscaping duties to include - paving, (Slabs, Blocks, ) Installation of timber edge paths, sub base, shallow drainage etc. Our client does not expect candidates to be good at everything and they are aware that candidates will be strong in some tasks and weak at others and that that you will pick things up as you go along Ideally candidates will have a CSCS card but this is not essential The projects are Commercial construction, both large and small projects Our clients depo is in Leighton Buzzard but candidates go out in teams to carry out work in various areas and there are several meeting/pick up points and our client has several teams out, it is also possible for candidates to travel to site themselves if they wanted but local pick up points are available Collection is normally done by the supervisor/ganger in the local area on the way to the project for that day Areas are split into teams dependant on locations but examples of locations that the company cover is Luton Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Central London (Old St, Euston, Aldgate, Edgware Road), N London (Walthamstow, Tottenham), Aylesbury, Cambridge, Reading, Woking, Egham If any candidates have any machine tickets that would be great The pay rate is £10- £15 per hour dependant on skills and experience + holiday pay Please note that while working with the us the candidates will have the option to accrue paid holiday or to get the hourly rate + 12.07% on top of the hourly rate and to not accrue holiday pay. For example if you was on £15 per hour you could get £15 and paid holiday or £16.81 and no paid holiday The roles will be made permanent after a successful 13 week probation period Job Two- CPCS Machine Operators Our client is a major player in the Landscaping, Gardening, Grounds Maintenance. Commercial and Horticulture sector We are looking for drivers for all machines but the most used machines are the Excavator dumper, Telehandler are the key machines that are used You will be in the machine as and when needed and apart from that getting stuck in with the Landscapers carrying out the above tasks.
