Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Disrepair Manager in the Southwest on permanent basis.
You will be leading the disrepair claims from conception to conclusion, ensuring that procedures and processes for engaging and managing various teams, robust and aligned to financial regulations and all statutory and company compliance requirements are always adhered to.
Experience, Knowledge, and skills
* An understanding of the Disrepair claim and protocol process
* Experience of managing third party service providers, ideally in a high-quality repairs service to domestic properties.
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiating skills always seeking best value for money
* Experience in providing a great customer-based service through third party suppliers, ensuring an exceptional consistent service delivery
* Knowledge of social housing repairs
* Excellent analytical skills - Understanding of operational and performance reports
* Strong customer service focus with demonstrable evidence in delivery of customer led services and commitment to continuous improvement
Annual salary £49k plus car allowance and excellent benefits package and Hybrid flexible working.
