Project Manager Overview: Kenna Recruitment are working with a well-established developer in Wembley seeking a Project Manager. You would be joining a 500 + unit project for 3 years with immediate start, with a day rate up to £375 per day. About the company: The company are renowned for successfully meeting deadlines and targets on projects but also have a great record for keeping their freelance & permanent staff on the books for extended periods with the role potentially becoming permanent if it suits all parties. About the Role: You will be expected to update the Project Manager on deadlines and tasks, also communicating with Senior site managers about the site, works and their progress. A candidate with experience of managing a project for over 5 years + on a RC framework. Key Responsibilities: * Must have Façade, internal, external experience * Liaising with build, commercial and design teams * Maintaining quality control procedures * Experience with long stints with high-end residential projects * Overseeing the progression of the project Requirements – * Valid CSCS * Civil Engineering degree * SMSTS * SSSTS * First aid cert If you are interested or know anyone that would suit, please contact me on my direct line (phone number removed) to find out more
