Site Foreman

Options Resourcing are currently looking for a Site Foreman in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire for a period of 6 months+. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your qualities with a well-established contractor that has a strong pipeline of work in 2022. As a suitable candidate you will ideally come from a strong trades background and have a demonstrated history of delivering commercial new build projects on time and within budget. You will be reporting to the Senior Site Manager. This project is due to start Monday 31st January. Duties will include: *Liaising with colleagues and clients *Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed on time *Supervising construction workers and subcontractors *Reporting on project progress to senior managers *Conducting quality and safety inspections *Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards *Maintaining quality control checks *Coordinating teams *Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise In order to be considered as a site foreman, you must: *Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS *Come from a strong trades background *Live within commutable distance of Rickmansworth *Excellent organisation and communication skills *Able to provide previous relevant references If you feel you meet the required criteria and are looking to secure your long term future with an outstanding contractor then please send your cv.
