Company * Regional contractor who are very busy with new and existing projects. * Stable through the last 12 months but now have a number new projects due to start in the next few months. * They work on some of Londons major developments. * New build and fit out projects, Residential, Commercial and Hotel and Leisure * This role is a key addition for the business and you will be an integral part of their future success. * Project values range from £5m - £30m. Role * You will be running a new £15m Hotel development * Projects are all central London * Reporting to the Commercial Manager. * Leading the Commercial aspects of multiple projects * You will be given the autonomy to successfully deliver the project with full responsibility for all commercial aspects of each project. * The role will office (Central London) and site based * Work closely with the Operational team * Mentor and direct Assistant Surveyors. Person specification * You must have experience managing all commercial aspects of a project. * Design and Build experience. * Excellent contract knowledge * Have run projects from start to finish and involved in all aspects of the build. * Worked for a reputable regional fit out contractor. * Managed a variety of interior. * Excellent negotiation abilities. * Proven cost management abilities. * Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
