Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect

We are actively looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect to join and develop their career within well-established, talented Architectural Practice based in Sheffield. This client specialises predominantly within the Commercial & Healthcare sectors and are well known for their excellent relationships with their clients, resulting in lots of repeat business. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect will be primarily be working on Commercial and Healthcare developments so it would be highly advantageous to have previous experience within a similar position. Daily responsibilities will include and discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect will be using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis so it would be essential to have an excellent working knowledge of this. Our client may have a few potential opportunities for Architects in the area so Architects of all levels will be considered. Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect Position Overview Work mainly within the Commercial & Healthcare sectors See projects from Inception through to completion Prepare tender applications and presentations Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction Liaise with clients and develop key relationships Reporting to and working closely with the more senior members of staff Contribute to project and practice activities Participate in meetings with external consultants or clients Problem solve and demonstrate an understanding of the architectural process, both in design and construction Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect Position Requirements ARB registered or Master In Architecture (For Part II's) Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit, Essential Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations 1 years' experience+ Living in or around Sheffield Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect Position Remuneration Competitive salary (£28,000 - £40,000 DOE) Pension Holiday Support with development Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
