Part II Architectural Assistant

We are actively looking for a Part II Assistant Architect to join and develop their career within well-established, talented Architectural Practice based in Epsom. This client specialises predominantly within the Commercial sector and are well known for their sustainable and advanced design. The successful Part II Assistant Architect will be primarily be working on Education and Healthcare developments so it would be highly advantageous to have previous experience within a similar position. Daily responsibilities will include job running and discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and assisting senior colleagues. The successful Part II Assistant Architect will be using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis so it would be essential to have an excellent working knowledge of this. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Assistant Architect to further their career and challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment alongside a motivated team. Part II Assistant Architect Position Overview Liaise with clients Working on a range of small - medium projects, predominantly commercial and healthcare sectors Assisting more senior colleagues Working on all RIBA stages Use of AutoCAD & Revit on a daily basis Part II Assistant Architect Position Requirements 1 years' experience post Part II (advantageous) Working knowledge of both AutoCAD & Revit Knowledge of commercial sector Live in or around Epsom Relevant degree qualified Highly motivated & a team player Part II Assistant Architect Position Remuneration Salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE) 20 Days holiday + Bank holidays Pension scheme Healthcare after 1 years' service Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
