Our client, a well-established RIBA charted architectural practice are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team in Uckfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on a variety of exciting, large-scale projects within the residential, mixed-use and educational sectors.
The most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should have at least 3 years' previous experience working as either an Architectural Technician / Technologist. Proficiency with Revit software and high technical ability will also be key for the most successful candidate. A high quality portfolio should also be able to be displayed on request. Projects include a variety of small to large-scale projects predominantly within the residential sector as well as some projects in the mixed-use and educational sectors. Our client has a reputation of delivering high-quality projects to its clientele.

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview
Meet with other professional and clients to agree a project brief
Produce high-quality, technical drawings with Revit software
Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications for suitable materials or process to be used
Model Production and rendering / project outputs
Content creation and strategic content planning
Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements
3 years + relevant working experience
Positive attitude
Knowledge of NBS specifications would be an advantage
Hard working & motivated individual
Excellent communication skills
Good technical ability
Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration
Salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
20 days holiday, increasing to 23 with 2 years' service
