Associate Quantity Surveyor

We have a new opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor with an independently owned Consultancy based in Birmingham. This is a highly successful firm with a national presence working across Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Building Surveying. Despite having work locally they don't at present have a Quantity Surveying presence in the region and this work is currently covered by other offices so there is a very real opportunity here for someone to build a team in Birmingham with great progression prospects alongside this up to Partner level. This is an independently owned consultancy with a strong reputation locally in other disciplines and nationally across the board. They already have some noteworthy clients on board who show them a high degree of loyalty and repeat business so there is genuinely a lot to build on here and a good head start. We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking for the right opportunity to develop their career further. Whilst there are commissions already in place there is certainly a lot of scope to build on that so this does need an outwardly focused individual who can support the growth of the Cost Consultancy offer here in the West Midlands
