Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor opportunity with a leading Property Consultancy in Birmingham city centre. This well known firm impresses with it's high standards of service delivery to a broad range of blue chip clients. They offer a full range of Building Surveying Services including both professional work such as dilapidations and building surveys as well as project management services and contract administration on building refurbishments, change of use etc. For this Senior Building Surveyor role we are looking for an "all rounder", someone with a broad range of Building Surveying skills in both professional work such as dilapidations and Building Surveys and Inspections as well as Project Management and Contract Administration, mostly on refurbishment and repair contracts up to perhaps £1-2m in contract value. You must be MRICS qualified ideally with experience gained in a commercial consultancy. Strong communication skills are also vital and we would anticipate that the individual with this experience would also have gained strong links with both internal and external clients.
