Team Leaders & Production Operatives - Offsite Construction Manufacturing Our client has a strong place in the increasingly popular construction manufacturing sector. Their success is based in the quality of the products they manufacture and the high level of customer service they provide. Due to continued growth and demand for the products, they are now looking to recruit Team Leaders and Production Operatives to work at their factory in Blackburn. Their ideal candidates will have: * Previous experience as: Joiners, Roofers, Window, Kitchen or Bathroom fitters. * Experience of operating woodworking machines and power tools. * Able to work from technical drawings and job specifications * Ability to work to deadlines. * Conscious of the need to keep the work area neat and tidy. * Experience of working to Health and Safety guidelines All roles are Mon – Fri 8am-5pm.
