My client a 5* privatley owned developer is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a site in Wokingham.
The scheme which is 180 traditional new build houses.
The ideal candidate will have worked for a residential builder and holds a minimum of a HND or HNC in Construction Management.
Package & Benefits
Salary £45K - £50K depending on experience, car allowance, private healthcare, pension & bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities as a Assistant Site Manager, reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will assist in leading, and develop a high performing well-motivated team through effective leadership and communication.
What do we need from you?
If you have extensive experience in a management role within the volume housing / social housing sector, then this could be the role for you. You should also have a proven track record of excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills, and it would be beneficial if you have SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid, certification/qualifications.
