Site Managers. We a recruiting a Site Manager for an immediate start on refurbishment project in Slough. Rate of Pay: £250 per day (CIS/Umbrella) Working Hours: Generally 7:30am-5pm Mon-Fri Duration: 9 months You Must Have the Following: - SMSTS - First Aid at Work - Asbestos Awareness - CSCS Black Card (preferable) - Good understanding of IT (Word, Excel, etc) - Capable of writing good emails - Able to review/approve RAMS - Able to read and understand a programme - Able to read and understand various drawings (Mechanically, Electrically & Architecturally) The Role: - Managing day to day operations on phased three story office refurbishment - Managing all health safety on site - Managing subcontractors and direct labour Please submit your CV to apply for this position or contact Rullion (phone number removed) for more information.
