Technical Coordinator

Technical Co-ordinator- Residential Developer- Kent- £45,000+ bonus + benefits Potensis are currently working with a leading national residential developer who are looking to employ a Technical Co-ordinator to join their technical team and oversee a development based in Kent. The business focusses on large- scale, apartment led regeneration projects and are looking for the ideal candidate to oversee the site for the duration of the design and build stages. Responsibilities will include: * Being in charge of the technical aspects of the site whilst helping manage a team of consultants to make sure they deliver clear, satisfactory architectural drawings and engineering packages on site. * Work closely with the build team to ensure the development is completed on time * Provide appropriate support on each project to the Technical Manager Additional responsibilities will include: * Interpreting technical drawings to ensure the project is completed in line with the plans * Dealing with the administration team of the project * Ensuring the project is completed within cost constraints agreed * Lead the design team meetings and deal with any technical queries that may arise from the site team Candidates should have experience as a Technical Co-ordinator/ Architectural Technician working for either a residential developer or an architectural practice. This role is an excellent fit for someone who has experience working on residential projects.
