Town Planner

This well up and coming architectural practise have an immediate requirement for a Town Planner to work in the office, on a temp contract for a minimum of 12 weeks. Our client is working on a large new build residential project in South London and they need a capable Town Planner or Senior to report into the Head of Planning and work as part of a team. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Town Planner to join their planning department. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the housing sector, for either architectural practices, large tier 1 main contractors within the UK or large tier 1 developers. This is a busy division which will give you the opportunity to progress within the business. To apply for this position, you must have experience working on residential schemes and have experience of using REVIT, if you have managerial experience this will be handy.
