Technical Coordinator

Technical Coordinator Location: Central London (Site based role) Salary: £50k - £55k My client is a major developer seeking a Technical Coordinator to join one of their projects based in Central London. Role As the Technical Coordinator you will: * Deal with enquiries * Report progress to clients * Oversee the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory drawings and engineering packages on site * Work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time Candidate The ideal candidate will: * Come from an architectural background * Previously worked for a developer/main contractor * Have experience with high rise mix developments * Have at least 2 years experience as a Technical Coordinator Offer The successful candidate will receive: * Up to £55k per/annum * Generous bonus scheme * Opportunity for progression
