Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Company A national main contracting business, offering a broad service offering across a variety of sectors. They operate as a main contractor offering project solutions to Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and public sector organisations. The Role We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, who can demonstrate a stable career history working within building. Being used to P21, P22 on general healthcare projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have worked on a variety of schemes to £20m and a indicidual who has worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be used to managing a variety of subcontractors and will be used to seeing projects from start to finish, administering the contract, from EWN’s, Variations, Valuations, CVR through to final account. You will also have experience with running small teams on site of other Quantity Surveyors and will be used to chairing monthly meetings with internal and external teams. Qualifications & Experience Ideally degree qualified and chartered with the royal institute of quantity surveyors. You will also have a CSCS card and a broad range of healthcare projects
