Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece are honoured to be working with a medium Size developer in their search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The company are a Regional based developer with office's in the Midlands and South of England. They have an ongoing mix of developments with traditional and New build housing and RC Frame. They are currently seeking an driven and hardworking assistant to work in a region between Uxbridge and Surrey. The Assistant Surveyor will be reporting in to a Senior Surveyor on site and would need to be their right hand person. Dealing with Subcontractor packages and payments, preparation of cost reporting, Cost control and budgeting for example. You can be from a Main contractor or developer background, But ideally experience with residential schemes and RC Frame. You will also ideally be degree educated. In return you will have ongoing training and career opportunity a competitive salary, up to £40,000 + Package and other company benefits.
