Our client, a growing planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to work as part of their Thetford based team. The company specialise in the delivery of expert planning advice and solutions for their clients in the heritage, residential and commercial sectors.
Qualifications and experience:
It is likely that the successful Senior / Principal Town Planner will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or be working towards this) and will have demonstrable post qualification experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
- Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients
- Writing statements and submitting applications for large scale residential, infrastructure and commercial planning developments
- Liaising with clients and the public with reference to planning enquiries
- Mentoring junior members of the team
