Asbestos Surveyor
£27,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
Chelmsford, Essex
I have a brand-new opportunity available within a market-leading UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy who have built a strong presence within the asbestos sector and a well-respected name within the industry.
Due to new contract, our client now has a need for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of domestic, commercial and industrial buildings and premises.
Other duties will include:
- Collecting bulk samples when required
- Producing comprehensive survey reports
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and contractors on a daily basis
- Ensure all work is carried out in line HSG: 264
To be successful, all applicants must:
- Possess the BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification
- Minimum of three years' experience in asbestos surveying
- Be experienced in carrying out all types of asbestos surveys on commercial properties
- Be experienced in collecting data using tablets and via TEAMS software
On offer is a competitive basic salary up to £30,000 along with a fantastic benefits package which includes a fully expensed company car, fuel card, competitive overtime rates and options, opportunities to complete further qualifications (P403, P404, P405) and paid travel time.
