Estimator

Estimator required to join a growing commercial team for a leading contractor based in Gloucester. The suitable Estimator will have previous experience working within the construction industry previously, ideally for a specialist/sub-contractor or manufacturer. The team are currently working on a range of industrial projects ranging in value of £30k - £7m. Estimator Position Overview Managing commercial aspects of given projects Discussing clients requirements Calculations cost plans Prepare and submit tenders Liaise with Project Manager and Supply Chain Site visits Estimator Position Requirements Full UK Driver's License Previous experience estimating within a specialist / sub-contractor (i.e. Facades, Fenestration, Roofing, Cladding, Windows and doors) Strong IT skills Good communicator Commutable distance to Gloucester Estimator Position Remuneration Salary of £22,000 - £27,000 Discretionary bonus scheme (usually around 5% salary) Monday to Friday working 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (4:00 pm Friday) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
