Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Are you an established M&E Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector? Would you relish the opportunity to work for one of the UK's most prestigious contractors? Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on a varied portfolio of M&E packages up to £40M with a main focus on Commercial and Residential projects. Working with contractors and extensive knowledge of NEC form contracts would be advantageous as would experience of Pre and post contract projects through from conception to final account handover. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage they're own projects and take on a leading commercial role on a major projects in and around London.
