Revit – Senior BIM Coordinator Permanent Location – Central London Salary - Negotiable Depending on Experience A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one our clients based in central London; they are a team of like-minded individuals delivering a commercially designed building services solution. The team is 55 strong still growing as they operate from their central London office in mid-town and are firmly established as one of London’s largest privately owned sustainability and engineering services design practices. They pride themselves on being designers first and foremost, but also offer strategic advice to developers, owners, and occupiers across all elements of construction. Due to continued expansion they are now looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join the team that has minimum of 5 years working for a consultancy. Ideally come from a consultancy background. Responsibility & Duties * Helping develop BIM Standards and procedures * Assist on all stages of the project design process to control and interrogate the activities of external design consultants and internal design team members. * Working within project teams providing BIM support and guidance and participating in design team meetings * Understanding of CAD/BIM coordination processes and ability to provide Clash detection information via Navisworks * Support the Management Team in the production, implementation, and maintenance of the BEP set of documents and other project documentation including internal BIM standards. * Produce high level visualizations when required in support of the project team. * Experience in creating and providing data and quantities from 3D models. Experience & Qualification * Experienced BIM technician with good understanding of REVIT Minimum 5 Years’ experience * Building Services background * Ideally Consultancy background * Strong communication skills with good spoken English * Good organizational skills * Attention to detail * Be flexible and open to change * Have a thorough understand of computer system and applications * Ability to train and support others with BIM * Portfolio Should this be of interest to you please get in contact and send your most up to date cv to my email address below as soon as possible.
