Job Description
This role will suit self-employed Planners looking to work under an established brand in the region on a Consultant basis.
The company has been established for over 10 years and provides high-quality town planning advice throughout central and southern England and into Wales. Working with an extensive and loyal client base you will lead from the front on a broad range of exciting and challenging planning projects. These projects can range from strategic promotions and commercial premises to private developments and rural projects.
As an established senior planning professional, you will apply your knowledge and know-how in order to deliver development and growth for the practice. You will forge strong, lasting relationships with clients and effectively respond to the changing markets to provide an innovative and robust consultancy service to the company's existing and expanding client base.
The Principal will hold relevant industry experience at a senior level. You will be experienced in promoting development through the planning system and possess a proven track record in profile raising and work winning in the private sector. Self-motivation, a passion for planning and an appetite to develop others are pre-requisites.
In return, you will be offered a strong package, which will be based on your billing. The structure will be discussed further at interview.
