Your new company are a grounds maintenance company working for a housing association with a strong presence across Berkshire.
Your new role
As a caretaker/Grounds Maintenance Operative you will work as part of a team to ensure that all the estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition. You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks. This will include general grounds maintenance, window cleaning, adhoc repairs, being proactive in assessing for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Caretaking/Grounds Maintenance, a Full Clean UK Driving License.
