Senior Quantity Surveyor

A confident and hands on Senior Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support a leading Cost Consultancy in the heart of Birmingham.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a highly techincal Quantity Surveying team and immediately jump onto projects within the Residential (High End) and Education sector.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have Residential experience, including recent experience of managing small teams.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have been consulting on exceptional projects for the past 35 years.

With more than 10 offices across the UK, each Quantity Surveyor is provided with continuous training and support when handling a myriad of clients.

With a mix bag of sectors under their name, this established consultancy have been placed on the top 50 Consultancies for a number of years now.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 7 post grad years work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Ideall MRICS or on pathway to become
• Desire to work within said sectors
• Ability to support growing Quantity Surveyors
