Residential Quantity Surveyor - Berkshire Does the quality of project hold high value to you? My client is a well-established sub-contractor who work alongside some of the UK's largest House Builders. You will be reporting directly into Commercial Manager for sites in the Berkshire area Duties include (but not limited to) ·Dealing with Payment applications ·Issuing contracts and collateral warranties to contractors ·Dealing with contractor valuations ·Candidate Requirements ·Residential construction-based background is preferable but not essential ·Knowledge of Residential Housing Market ·Experience dealing with contractors ·Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams This role is on a 6 month minimum contract with the potential to go permanent.
