Mechanical Site Manager

About the client: They work on a portfolio of projects in the UK and are recognised as a market leading contractor. They are renowned for delivering large technically challenging commercial office, data centre, pharmaceutical and public sector projects. They are currently on the market for a freelance mechanical construction manager to work on an Energy Centre in the Cambridge area. The contract will run for approx 12 months, with a potential immediate start. Duties Include: * Implement health and safety regulations and ensure safe systems of work are in place. * Co-ordinate and prepare all method statements and risk assessments for all planned works * Plan/order all materials and labour * Co-ordination of labour and subcontractors * Ensuring programmes are delivered on time and budget * Site meetings * Reporting into a projects manager
