Our client's team of Chartered Architectural Technologists and Chartered Building Engineers offer a full RIBA service from inception through to completion. You will be assisting on the development of design proposals right through to inception and the final stages of construction.

This role will offer genuine career mentoring for chosen architectural professional, to ensure the progression and development of your career. There is also an opportunity for long term players to become partners in the company.

Key Duties as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Produce high standard working drawings and technical designs.
• Complete all projects within the deadlines.
• Liaise with your planning team in regard to the planning conditions.
• Issue inspection reports after attending site meetings.

Essential Skills & Experience to be an Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Several years' experience in a UK based practice.
• Both Mid-Senior levels will be considered
• Excellent technical skills gained on a range of projects.
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup would be preferred.
• Understanding of the UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
• The ability to be able to work on their own initiative.
• Be capable of coordinating a drawing package in conjunction with the other design consultants.
