Resident Liaison Officer

My client are working on a long term project doing renovation works in the Hull area. Working on a variety of schemes from window and door replacemtns, external render and painting to kitchen refurbs. They are looking for an experienced RLO / TLO to work closely with the tenants on the project. As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for the following key tasks and responsibilities: Carrying out H&S questionnaires Briefing residents on work that will be carried out and in what timescales. Liaising between residents and contractor for updates and progress reports. Updating database system regarding work completions, starts and any additional queries etc....
