Senior Site Manager

Due to an ever-increasing number of recent project wins, this dynamic and forward-thinking contractor are looking to add to their operational team with the addition of a Freelance Senior Site Manager to join a large management team on an iconic healthcare project near Exeter. This position will see you as a senior member of the onsite management team, looking after a large number of direct staff and sub-contractors. Managing the safety of all involved and adherence to Covid-19 procedures is paramount. For the best chance of success with your application you will need to have experience in a senior site management position on projects valued in excess of £15m ideally in the Devon/Cornwall region. You will hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications and be able to communicate well and be self-motivated to deliver the requirements of your role.
