Part II Architectural Assistant

We are currently representing a RIBA Chartered Practice based in the Salisbury area that is actively looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to build and develop their career within a talented team. Our client specialises within Commercial, Residential and Community developments from small to large scale. Key projects will include new builds, restorations, refurbishments and listed developments. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant must have a keen interest in these sectors / developments. Key responsibilities will include assist and prepare drawings and specifications, undertake surveys, carry out allocated tasks professionally within timescales, liaise and work closely with clients as well as produce technical packages. This practice uses AutoCAD on a daily basis so knowledge of this software is essential. Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview Working on a range of small to large scale developments within the Residential / Commercial sectors Prepare drawings and specifications Undertake surveys Carryout allocated tasks within timescales Liaise and work closely with clients Produce technical packages Work with AutoCAD on a daily basis Part II Architectural Assistant Position Requirements Living in or around the Salisbury area Obtains a Masters Degree in Architecture Car / Motorbike - Clean License Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Technical detailing abilities Good knowledge of AutoCAD Part II Architectural Assistant Position Remuneration Salary; £25k - £29k (DOE) Holiday Pension Training provided; if necessary Other Benefits Discussed At Interview Stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
