Within their Nottingham office a need has come about for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of local blocks across the East Midlands.
The suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will have 3 years block management experience and ideally IRPM qualification or the desire to obtain it.
Our client is VERY tech savvy with a strong customer service mentality so the suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will need to be like minded.
The successful Property Manager / Block Manager will enjoy part home part office based working and a basic salary up to £40k to start depending on experience.
