Production Operative

Title: Temporary OR FTC - Production Operative, Supervisor, FL1/FL2

Location: Stanton, Bury St. Edmunds

Reporting to Team Supervisors and Manager

HOURS: 6am to 3pm

Responsibilities -

Carry out work as detailed by the Works Manager and in accordance with all Company Directives and all appropriate works procedures. To carryout manual work to strip and fill concrete moulds.

• Production of products within designated guidelines
• Reporting to team supervisors and manager
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow instructions given by your supervisor
• Works well in a team; takes responsibility for yourself.
• Compliant with all aspects of Health and Safety pertaining to relevant work area
• Report problems in usual work area to an immediate supervisor
• Understands the necessity of following, and ensures compliance with, the directives in the Company Handbook.
• Good attendance record.
• Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment provided by the Company is worn at all times.
• Give due care and attention to all production tasks.
• Positive attitude; good timekeeping.
