Job Description
Domestic Electrician Required for our client, they specialise in property maintenance of residential sites throughout the West London and South West London area. They currently require the Domestic Electrician to be based within a commutable distance of their office near South West London.
The Residential Electrician will be tasked with attending private residential sites to perform routine maintenance and periodic test and inspections to electrical systems. Our client require an Electrician who is able to complete, EICR's / Hard Wire Testing, fault finding and remedial works, the Electrician should be happy to cover the West London and South West London area attending private housing sites.
The Electrician is required to hold qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 17th Edition and 2394/2395 Test and Inspection.
Electrician Position Overview
The Electrician will be tasked with attending residential sites to carry out periodic test and inspection, repair and maintenance work.

- Electrical NVQ Level 3
- 17th Edition
- 2394/5 or 2391/2 Test and Inspection
- Electrical Installation Condition Report experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Based in the West London and South West London area
Electrician Position Remuneration
- Salary £28,000 - £35,000
- Company Van + Fuel Card
- 25 Days Holiday + BH
- Pension
- Mobile, Tools, Tablet
- 40 Hour Week (Mon - Fri)
