You will also:

  • Hold real-time interaction with all relevant stakeholders (including Customers, Site Access Team, Portfolio Managers, 3rd Party Agents, Site Providers & Landlords) to ensure access restrictions are resolved/removed with maximum efficiency.
  • Interpret lease agreements and negotiate access conditions and/or the resolution of access issues with Landlords or Site Providers
  • Work collaboratively with Site Access and Accreditation teams and support less experienced colleagues to increase efficiency of issue resolution.
  • Provide essential estates support to the Site Access Team to ensure the business's obligations to customers is achieved.
  • Act as the principal point of contact in respect of property or site related escalations, including; access issues; Site Provider enquiries; internal and external customer requirements.
  • Work innovatively and provide solutions with the aim of improving the services quality & efficiency for telecoms customers

To be successful in this Estate Surveyor role, you will have hands-on estates experience within the telecommunications and broadcast sector. You will also hold a degree in property/estate management or similar and be RICS Qualified Chartered Surveyor.

  • Hold the ability to understand the end to end view of delivering service to ensure we value the customer whilst maintaining the interests of the business
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and coordinate multiple events effectively
  • High standards in quality, accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Has a strong sense of integrity and defines a clear and compelling direction to enable others to deliver results and raise performance
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience of using lean six sigma techniques & methodology would be an advantage.
