To be considered for the role you must have a CSCS card and have 5+ years’ experience painting & decorating ideally new build houses The ideal applicant will have a NVQ in Painting & Decorating. Responsibilities * Painting & Decorating new build plots * Snagging, plaster patching, hanging doors Experience * Ideally previous experience of Property Maintenance, but capability and flexibility are more important. * An eye for detail * Full driving licence * The ability to work on your own and as part of team * Be smart and presentable How to Apply: Please send your CV to the email address detailed below.
