Our client, an established Chartered Surveying Consultancy, now require a Valuation Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. Our client have decades of experience in a number of areas including, Building Surveying, Valuation, Neighbourly Matters, Rating Consultancy and Planning Development Consultancy. Valuation Surveyor Position Overview The successful Valuation Surveyor will act for over 100 private and public sector clients nationwide, including different types of local authority clients, such as, Districts, Counties, Unitary and Boroughs. The services the successful Valuation Surveyor will undertake include: Portfolio Valuation Right to Buy Insurance Valuations Specialised Valuations Development Appraisals Ransom/ Covenant One-off Best Valuations Market Valuations Valuation Surveyor Position Requirements RICS accredited degree At least 1 years' experience in a similar role Valuation experience MRICS desirable but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valuation Surveyor Position Remuneration Competitive salary DOE Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage 25 days holiday Pension scheme Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
