M&E Quantity Surveyor

Are you an established M&E Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector. Your background and experience will be well rewarded for working hard on a varied portfolio of M&E packages BETWEEN £500k-6m with a main focus on Residential and Schools projects. Working with contractors and extensive knowledge of NEC form contracts would be advantageous as would experience of Pre and post contract projects through from conception to final account handover. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage they're own projects and take on a leading commercial role.
