Remote Working - Part 2 Architectural Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a busy Architectural practice who due to workload and increased capacity are looking to add an experienced Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team working on large scale multi unit Residential projects. The role with be working remotely and you can therefore be based anywhere in the UK. Reporting into the Senior Architects you will be working on simultaneous projects at any one time on leading Residential developments. You will be part of a large sized team with ample support, the practice use both AutoCAD and Revit and experience in both will be highly desirable for the right candidate. You must have a working knowledge of UK building regulations and experience working in practice on live projects. If you are Part 1 you will not be suited for this position Key tasks include: Preparing planning submissions Building reg submissions Assisting on feasibility reports Liaising with clients and contractors Over the last 5 months my client has seen the benefit to their employees lifestyle of everyone working from home and want their team to continue to benefit from this lifestyle and work life balance. So they have taken the decision to keep the team working remotely with a monthly social event and meeting either in Berkshire or Oxfordshire. You will be fully set up with equipment and licences to work from home and fully supported and you can therefore live anywhere in the UK to apply for this position.
