Building Maintenance and Repair Technician

Building Maintenance and Repair Technician required for a large site in Swindon. Are you a good all round maintenance trades person working within commercial properties? My client is a leading Facilities Management company that look after the total FM on a large government site, they are looking to recruit an on site Building Maintenance and Repair Technician to cover various planned and reactive maintenance tasks to the site. Duties will include maintenance and repair works to building fabrics such as Plumbing / pipework, carpentry,wood work, painting and patch plastering. You may also get involved in basic electrical duties such as lighting / lamp replacements.
